“After some 25 years I returned to the Vieux Moulin because I had fond memories of the place and the small Centuri village from my first trip to Corsica. I was pleasantly surprised and was thrilled to find the daughter of the man who welcomed me so many years ago, to be in charge of the hotel.”
“This restaurant has a nice view for the harbor and has excellent lobster. Though we felt it was very expensive for a small town restaurant the food was very good. Service was friendly and efficient. Overall if you are in Centuri and looking for good seafood, particularly lobster this is the place to go.”
“Food is excellent here. I even forgot to take a photo of fish soup. Highly recommended, specially if you stay in this hotel, you would have a good deal for a pleasent meal.”
“I was here 2 weeks ago. It was magic! Came from the Marina at Oleta from the Aethos Hotel. Organized an adventure by boat. Had a fun boat captain who took us to several stops along Cap Corse. The view, the people, the hotel and most of all the food, was fantastic. Would blink myself back here in a minute. Can’t stop thinking about the lobster pasta. Delicious!!!”
